&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind that in general it takes 3 to 5 business days for a refund to be processed by payment vendors.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried accessing the receipt directly from &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments" target="_blank"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt; page?&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd also suggest that you contact your bank for further info about this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made a request of Refund after I tried their premium service which keep making mistakes of storing my files not completely can't even fill 120 gb worth of Data out of 1 TB always missing out or crashing page so I asked for refund I got downgrade so I can't chat support anymore but my money never arrived to my bank its 3 days now this is insane I demand my money back to me asap.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
