 &lt;DIV&gt; &amp;nbsp;

 &lt;DIV&gt; Referring to my earlier complaint&amp;nbsp;about monthly payments continuing&amp;nbsp;to be collected by Dropbox despite cancelling our Dropbox Plus plan and having receipt&amp;nbsp;of numerous formal emails from Dropbox confirming the cancellation, unbelievably on this very afternoon I have just received&amp;nbsp;an email from Dropbox confirming that you have TAKEN ANOTHER MONTHLY INSTALMENT&amp;nbsp; - this time from my back-up credit card.  
 &lt;/DIV&gt; 
 &lt;DIV&gt; This is downright theft.&amp;nbsp; 
 &lt;/DIV&gt; 
 &lt;DIV&gt; To make matters worse, your email sent to myself on&amp;nbsp;
  &lt;SPAN&gt;Sun, Feb 11, 10:01 PM&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;states the matter has been resolved! It obviously has not. You have ignored your own confirmation of cancellation and continued to repeatedly collect monies that you are not entitled to bill us for. That is theft.&amp;nbsp; 
 &lt;/DIV&gt; 
 &lt;DIV&gt; If I don't get a satisfactory answer within the next 24 hours, I will be forced to report the matter to my local police station and beginin seeking&amp;nbsp;legal&amp;nbsp;invoice. 
 &lt;/DIV&gt; 
 &lt;DIV&gt; Additionally, I will be contacting my credit card company that you collected the latest payment from. 
 &lt;/DIV&gt; 
 &lt;DIV&gt; &amp;nbsp; 
 &lt;/DIV&gt; 
 &lt;DIV&gt; As a resolve, we do expect full refund of the&amp;nbsp;payments you have collected illegally. The number of repeated hours that have collectively become days whilst trying to solve this issue by tracing someone at Dropbox that we can speak to in&amp;nbsp;person for what is a very simple matter has become a show of total disrespect for a long-standing customer. But to commit theft or fraud (you take your choice) that's just plain silly. They often say what seems a small false billing issue may be endemic throughout an organisation.

&lt;P&gt;Can you see when the last payment on your account was according to &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt;? It would need both and invoice and receipt to be considered a valid payment.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>8/4/23 7/5/24 6/5/23 and every month since January 2023 when my acct was cancelled. And I cannot call because I only have a basic acct but yet I'm being charged this monthly fee still.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How on earth is someone supposed to recall if they upgraded via the drops site directly or via their mobile phone app? This is terrible customer service and could be seen as tantamount as evasion and fraudulent behaviour.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I cancelled my own dropbox account on a few occasions in the past year because we haven't used it in over a year, but despite&amp;nbsp;receiving&amp;nbsp;emails from dropbox confirming my cancellation of the account, Dropbox have still been illegally collecting the monthly direct debits, most latterly this&amp;nbsp;very week (following a further cancellation action that i have been forced&amp;nbsp;to spend the time undertaking&amp;nbsp;once again). This week's scandalous direct debit collection saw Dropbox take it from my back-up credit card that we originally registered on our dropbox account after I'd cancelled the primary&amp;nbsp;bank account used to collect the direct debits...and this was something dropbox executed/performed AFTER sending me an email confirming that I'd cancelled the account!!&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Please take the moment to address this. My efforts to address this are stressful and time consuming. If the&amp;nbsp;matter is ignored, I will have no option but to use social&amp;nbsp;media as a defence and state the facts and instruct our legal department to contact the police authorities to investigate this criminal action.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I can see that you already have an agent requesting info from you in order to look up the payments in question, so make sure to get back to them, so they can assist you further.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also found another ticket that's open with another agent who's waiting for your response, but I would suggest replying back to only one of them (whichever you want), to avoid confusion.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you provide the requested info, the agent will be able to investigate and help you cancel the subscription in question.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Without trying to sound rude, I don't have a ticket number from when I last contacted the support team since I've not been able to establish contact or speak to anybody. This has been the only route accessible to make any form of contact with someone of any kind at Dropbox, hence the frustration. All i want is a confirmation of refund following the repeated cancellations and formal confirmations of the cancellation by Dropbox.
