&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can visit the &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt;Support page&lt;/A&gt; while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;cant cancel dropbox, on dropbox.com go figure how convenient.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You have to unsubscribe via google play, well google play seems to have forgotten that drop box should be in my list of subscriptions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So Ignore it cause what is 15 bucks right, well now I'm in between jobs trying to lower my budget.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Yet dropbox keeps showing up on my bill every month and am stuck paying it even if i delete my account cause google play will continue to charge me regardless unless I unsubscribe but will not show it in my subscriptions .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Google will say "did you make sure its the correct email?"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Yes, indeed I did. Did you take me for an imbecile who doesn't know what Gmail he is using?&amp;nbsp; So why isn't in my subscription list on google play if I'm still being charged for it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is ridiculous and I'm not the first to complain, I go on the forums and see the exact same issue with like 200 likes from multiple years ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;So enlighten me why is this still a reoccurring issue if this has obviously been resolved assumedly in the past. One would think that perhaps a reoccurring issue that cost potential customers money, time and stress would be resolved and prevented from reoccurring again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;But yet here I am complaining on a forum that has without a doubt the same complaint on here multiple times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Is it google or is it drop box causing the issue here, probably google cause they're google, but ya know what, dropbox is still getting my friggan money and im pissed this is even an issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
