&lt;P&gt;Did you initially upgrade your Dropbox account via &lt;A href="http://www.dropbox.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.dropbox.com&lt;/A&gt;, or did you use the App Store/Google Play Store?&lt;/P&gt;
