      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had attempted to block all transactions on the card that was billed for my renewal.&amp;nbsp; The business that my account serves is closed.&amp;nbsp; I received no notification of the renewal charge at the email for this account and haven't used Dropbox in several years.&amp;nbsp; I am attempting to get the bank to fix this, but I would greatly appreciate it if you could just close the account and refund the renewal, especially since it's been less than a month since the charge was generated.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can visit the &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt;Support page &lt;/A&gt;while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.&lt;/P&gt;
