&lt;P&gt;As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>I can't cancel my subscription for a year</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve been canceling my subscription for about a year now. I followed instructions and no matter what I do Dropbox never stopped charging me! I’ve sent several emails and I get no help! I either get no response or it tells me they can’t resolve the matter or that I have to post in the community board. This is ridiculous since there’s no refund. Can someone help me? They also don’t answer calls&lt;/P&gt;</description>
