&lt;P&gt;Are you being billed directly from Dropbox, or iTunes/Google Play? If you’re not 100% sure, please check your bank statement, as it should mention it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, after cancelling your subscription the first time, did you receive any kind of confirmation to your Dropbox email address?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know, and we can go from there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Need assistance with refund after cancelling Dropbox subscription</title>

      <description>I am requesting a refund and my accounts to be cancelled. 
&lt;BR /&gt;I have not used this platform and I would never recommend it as it’s a nightmare to use. 
&lt;BR /&gt;I have cancelled my account and I am still being charged.

      <description>Hi Nancy,&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your prompt response.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am being billed through PayPal from Dropbox.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had only received an email that had said my account was successful deleted.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have never been able to use this platform and it is extremely difficult to cancel it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I appreciate your assistance, thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peta</description>

&lt;P&gt;In the "I want to look up information related to:" section, add an email address you can access and then fill out the form, submit your request and when you have your ticket number, please send it to us as well.&lt;/P&gt;
