&lt;P&gt;One more tip when trying to submit a help request to support, is opening an incognito/private browsing window, like Walter mentioned and in the "I want to look up information related to" section, make sure you use an email address you can actually access.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That should allow you to fill out the form, submit your request and receive a ticket number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know your ticket number, when you have it, so we can look it up on our end as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you mean use my personal dropbox email to login on a incognito window?&amp;nbsp; I did that and there is no "i want to look up information" section.&amp;nbsp; You know in reality, this should not be that difficult.&amp;nbsp; It's ridiculous that there is no customer support number.&amp;nbsp; Not everyone is tech savvy and uses this type of communication platform including chat that doesn't help at all.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
