&lt;P&gt;Also, could you clarify if you're upgrading through the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device perhaps?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's the former, can you please clear your browser's cache or try &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/installs-integrations/desktop/troubleshoot-homepage" target="_blank"&gt;another browser&lt;/A&gt; and let us know if you still get the same error?&lt;/P&gt;
