      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I decided to upgrade my account to 2000GB (plus) and payed with IDEAL via a Dutch bank. The money was removed from my bank, but my account remains unupgraded and I got an error message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;After paying I saw this is a more common problem, but I can't find the solution. Can someone help me with this problem? I only have the payment description via my bank, because I didn't receive an e-mail from Dropbox...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
