&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that you either accidentally didn't follow through with the cancellation process, or that you were charged for a different Dropbox account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can visit the&lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt; Support page&lt;/A&gt; while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Charged for cancelling 30 day trial???</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up for a 30 day trial on the 13th April, then cancelled the subscription on the same day and have now been charged £95.88 two days later.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can any explain why this might have happened and how I can get my money back? Can't seem to be able to speak to anyone properly on this site.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've not had any emails or anything since signing up. Very confused.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
