      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am currently on a free plan. I'd like to purchase a family plan. When I try to purchase a plan I get an error that the Captcha cannot verify me. I have tried multiple times and it doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am unable to contact Dropbox support because I am on a free plan. I can't purchase a plan until I've contacted support. Help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I stay stuck on the test and can't get my payment fulfilled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't get an access to dropbox support as I don't have a paying account yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How should I do ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
