&lt;P&gt;I'm assuming you're using a Business team, correct?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you reduce the licenses, or simply remove the members? If you're on a paid Business plan, you should be able to see your Support options right &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have only 2 users active and canceled 6 months ago 6 inactive users and still be charged. Steve and Roman are the only active users and looking for refund for difference for last 6 months&lt;/P&gt;</description>
