      <title>Accidentally upgraded an old account which I can’t access</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Help! &amp;nbsp;I received a load of files via Dropbox yesterday and when I went to copy to my Dropbox it said I needed to upgrade which I did. &amp;nbsp;Problem is it automatically loaded to an old Dropbox account with an email I no longer have access to. &amp;nbsp;I can not upgrade my new Dropbox as it says I already have another upgraded account. &amp;nbsp;I can’t access my old account, (I do have the password and login) as I no longer have access to that email, and the verification code is being sent to that. &amp;nbsp;Any ideas? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you'd like to cancel the subscription you can't access, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To do that, open a private browsing/incognito window on your browser and go to &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the "I want to look up information related to:" section, choose "other" and type in an email address you can access.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Fill out the rest of the form and submit your request.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you have your ticket number, please send it to us here as well.&lt;/P&gt;
