      <title>Lost account access and need a refund</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am here to ask a question about how to contact support. I have recently&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;realized that I have a subscription going on an account that I do not have access to anymore because I have lost that email account. I am wondering if there is a possibility that I can somehow contact support so my subsription to that account can be removed. I have tried to find a way to contact them but so far I haven't been able to find an email or a number to call. This subsription has be going on for a while now and I have no idea what email I used for whatever account it is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Visit the Support page &lt;STRONG&gt;while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. &lt;STRONG&gt;It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
