&lt;P&gt;As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Free plan but being charged + cannot access support to get a refund</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I recently had a free upgrade trial which I cancelled it prior to end date. However, at the end of the trial I have still been billed (approx $300) but the account has not upgraded (still dropbox basics). This also means that I can not access support to get assistance with this issue and arrange a refund. Any assistance appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
