Visit the Support page &lt;STRONG&gt;while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. &lt;STRONG&gt;It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been attempting to reach customer service regarding this issue. It's been 4 years, I've had three DropBox accounts that have all been canceled, yet I am still seeing a charge on my credit card. When I use the billing took provided by Dropbox, it errors, prompting me to input the information I just correctly typed in. Again.
