      <title>Dropbox site issue is not allowing me to pay for my renewal</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been a Dropbox customer for more than 10 years and now that I need support (for the first time) to pay for the service renewal (because their site does not work !)&amp;nbsp; , there is nobody to talk to. This sucks. &lt;STRONG&gt;How do I retrieve all my data&lt;/STRONG&gt; to move to a service that actually cares about its customers?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
