      <title>I have some issues when trying to cancel my Essentials trial.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to cancel my trial but when I go to manage my subscription, that page is completely blank, the billing page says "something has gone wrong". I tried this with different browsers and phones, same issue - Please cancel my trial as soon as possible - I've wasted hours on this already! The trial is initiated via Paypal, but because I'm on a trial I haven't got a transaction ID to submit a ticket. Saw lots of other customers with similar issues - when will Dropbox fix this? This really affects the credibility of the platform.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
