Visit the Support page &lt;STRONG&gt;while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. &lt;STRONG&gt;It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

I am being charged monthly but my Acct shows as a free plan &lt;EM&gt;(&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dropbox Basic Free 2 GB of storage to help you store and share files.) No&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;The charges are directly linked to Dropbox in my CC statement but the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;look up a credit or debit card purchase by statement ID returns no results.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" size="4"&gt;It was also not purchased thru Google or iTunes.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Any thoughts on how to resolve would be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
