    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just opened a new ticket #23885431 using a private browser window. &amp;nbsp;Ironically, the autopay renewal was yesterday for the account I am trying to cancel. &amp;nbsp;I am a day late and a dollar short! &amp;nbsp;Please help me cancel this account!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an old paid Dropbox account that I no longer have access to that email address. &amp;nbsp;There seems no way to reset the expired password. &amp;nbsp;How do I cancel the account and the annual autopay?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Is it a direct Dropbox payment that you’re receiving or did you initially upgrade via &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/plans/cancel-mobile" target="_blank"&gt;iTunes/Google Play&lt;/A&gt;?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In case you’re being billed from Dropbox, I’d recommend opening a ticket with our support team and they’ll look into this further. Here’s &lt;A href="https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Plans-and-Subscriptions/Being-charged-for-an-unknown-account/m-p/730480/highlight/true#M26858" target="_blank"&gt;how&lt;/A&gt; you can do this (don’t forget to send me your ticket number here afterwards, and I’ll leave an internal note on your behalf).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Nancy. &amp;nbsp;It's taken me a while to get back to this. &amp;nbsp;I opened a support ticket: #23629799 on 4/19/24. &amp;nbsp;I have not received any further help from support on how to close an old account that I no longer have access to the email, and the password has expired. &amp;nbsp;The old Dropbox account is direct, not through iTunes or Google. &amp;nbsp;I need to cancel this account before the next autopay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Don&lt;/P&gt;</description>
