      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am trying to activate the 1 month trial period for the Essentials Plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I get a blank window with this message - To protect your info, please verify your payment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have tried three different browsers, Incognito modes, clearing the cache and all other methods I found in the Community forum.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please, assist me!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have no idea what the "&lt;SPAN&gt;Seagate’s extended Dropbox trial&lt;/SPAN&gt;" is. So I don't think I am trying to claim that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just want to start the Dropbox Essentials 1 month trial for now and add my payment details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how I can proceed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS.
