      <title>I want to cancel my Dropbox Sign Essentials plan, but I can't as I'm on Basic?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Today, I received an e-mail stating that if I don't cancel my Dropbox Sign Essentials plan, I will be charged 160 euros.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;However, going into my account, if I go to Settings, I don't see a billing tab where the cancel instructions direct me to.&lt;BR /&gt;Furthermore, it states that my current plan is Dropbox Basic. Therefore, I would like to know which steps I can take. The account must be cancelled until the 28th of June, and I intent to do so, but after following the instructions I was still not able to cancel it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I seek clarification in regards to the status of my account, is it an Essentials plan or a Basic one? Will I be charged or no? If so, how can I cancel it?&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you certain that you're signed into the correct Dropbox account? Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt; on your account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you use the &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt" target="_blank"&gt;card lookup tool&lt;/A&gt; to see if you signed up under a different email address?&lt;/P&gt;
