      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I'm unable to access the email account that is linked to a premium dropbox account, and although I contacted thr support email a few months ago now, I've had no response and I'm still being charged for the account I no longer have access to. How can I cancel these payments and have the account deleted? I have also emailed dropbox again today.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
