      <title>Can't download receipts for subscriptions as I'm getting a 404 Error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Dropbox Brains Trust,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am downloading receipts for my subscriptions for 23/24 tax time. I am only able to access some receipts (via the "look up charge" and then clicking on the link for "receipt"), although not with others.&amp;nbsp;It comes up with a "404 error" page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have cleared my cache and cookies and even tried following the same process on my phone (instead of laptop). Still no luck. Is there something I can do or will I need to email Dropbox support for those invoices?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
