I wanted to change my dropbox from personal to a business account to get my billing with my business Tax ID.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to change from United States to Andorra but could not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You need to cancel your current plan, wait for that to expire and&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;then&lt;/STRONG&gt; upgrade to the new plan you want in the country you are in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Thanks!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Question: how could I make sure when I will downgrade my plan, Dropbox will keep my data?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Currently I have + 100GB, but if I downgrade or close my account probably I gonna lose all my files.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So, would I need to transfer all my files to a hardware, then upload back again to Dropbox with my new account in Andorra to make sure I keep all my data?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

The card which is no currently billed is located here in Israel. I am now trying to change to another card, also located in Israel. The country selector will not change from the United States. How do we fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It would then stop any syncing from occurring until you re-upgrade.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once downgrade happens you need to then change the country at &lt;A href="http://www.dropbox.com/account" target="_blank"&gt;www.dropbox.com/account&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;(or make sure you already have) and upgrade as normal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can of course create a new account, but, that means creating all new shares and links etc. downgrading and upgrading leaves you without service for a matter of minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Support is available at &lt;A href="http://www.dropbox.com/support," target="_blank"&gt;www.dropbox.com/support,&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;however, they will say the same as above. You cannot do it until plan expires.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
