&lt;P&gt;I upgrade to dropbox plus and paid for a year, but nothing changed in dropbox. It says im still using the free version and i didnt even got an email. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do you see any upgrade attempt on &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/payments" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt;?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Did you upgrade via the site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, do you see a charge to Dropbox, iTunes, or Google Play?&lt;BR /&gt;

My bankaccount states the intermediary is AYDEN NV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I subscibed for a year and paid 119,88 but nothing changed in dropbox.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website briefly showed a email will be sent, but that didnt happen either (not even in spam)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fortunately when i looked at my bank account this morning the money got refunded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So that was a relief.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again thx for your reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rieks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
