&lt;P&gt;There's no way to change your billing country/currency on an active subscription. You need to downgrade your account and then re-subscribe with the new payment method. Refer to the post that Lori linked to above. It has the information you need.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you sure you've logged in to the correct account? If you're signed in to an account that has a paid subscription, it will have a &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/account/billing" target="_blank"&gt;Billing tab&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you don't see the Billing tab, you're signed in to an account that likely doesn't have a paid subscription associated with it or, and I'm speculating this part, it's a subscription that was started in a mobile app store (Apple, Google, etc.) in which case it's that store that manages your billing information, and not Dropbox.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
