      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply, however under Manage Backup the box is greyed out and will not let me do anything. &amp;nbsp;Seems like it is hung or locked up. &amp;nbsp;I wonder if I should delete the desktop app and start all over again. &amp;nbsp;Seems like there is s backup in progress that I cannot turn off. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On the desktop app, under Synchs and Backup it says: 1.01GB of 16.07GB backed up, 6% complete, and the little progress bar is moving. &amp;nbsp;It has said this for days, and seems to be stuck. When I go to Manage Backups, there is nothing that I can change. Everything is greyed out. &amp;nbsp;I just want to use DropBox to store and move files between my devices occasionally. I don't want it to do any backups of the external backup hard drives I have attached to my iMac. &amp;nbsp;I cannot find any way to stop and delete the backup function.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
