&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I recently changed to a new Public IP address and am not able to connect (firewall and its settings have not changed, just the IP I am using.)&amp;nbsp; I am getting a Connection Reset since I changed and am wondering if there is a way to find out if my IP is in some sort of a blocked list&amp;nbsp; on Dropbox's side.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are you see this error on the Dropbox site, the mobile app, or the Dropbox desktop application?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Currently, we don't block any IP addresses from accessing Dropbox services. Could you clarify from which location approximately (we don't require accurate locations) you're connecting from?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Aside from changing your IP address, do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/security/official-domains" target="_blank"&gt;Dropbox domains&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;
