If you're paying for a subscription but the plan shows as Basic, you're actually on a free plan and you likely have a second account. Use the &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge" target="_blank"&gt;credit card charge lookup tool&lt;/A&gt; to identify the account that you're paying for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
