    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I can switch the accounts just fine.&amp;nbsp; But everytime I click on the desktop dropbox app, it reverts to the gmail account that I'm not using. I can't get rid of the gmail account.&amp;nbsp; I can't change the default account. And I can't uninstall dropbox to start over. When I try to install a new dropbox app from the yahoo account, it won't let me, because I already have dropbox installed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I initially setup dropbox through yahoo, then accidentally set up a gmail account on a new iMac computer. &amp;nbsp;The dropbox App won't get rid of the Gmail account. &amp;nbsp;I can't change the default Email back to Yahoo, and it's not letting me delete the dropbox app to start over. &amp;nbsp;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To log into the yahoo account on your desktop app, you'll need to &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/sign-in-out" target="_blank"&gt;sign out&lt;/A&gt; from the gmail one from the &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/account-settings/change-preferences#account" target="_blank"&gt;app's preferences&lt;/A&gt; under the Account tab.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Walter, I already know how to do that, but I need the yahoo account to be the default. I either need to delete the gmail account or delete the dropbox app completely.&amp;nbsp; Neither one is working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Were you able to sign out of the Gmail account on the Dropbox app and sign in with the Yahoo one?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This should unlink the computer from the Gmail account and link it to the Yahoo one, so you can access the Yahoo account's files from the particular device.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you click on the Dropbox icon and then on the folder icon next to your initials/profile pic, where does that take you? To the yahoo folder?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I click on the desktop icon, it opens the gmail account, which has nothing in it. So then I go to the dropbox icon and click "view on dropbox.com", which takes me to the Gmail account, which also has nothing in it.&amp;nbsp; Then I click signout.&amp;nbsp; Then I can mannually enter my yahoo Email and password, and access the web dropbox version of my dropbox account.&amp;nbsp; But the desktop app doesn't work, and as soon as I close it, it will revert to the gmail account again, and I have to do that process every time.&amp;nbsp; I cannot delete the app from my desktop and start over, and I can't get it to ignore that gmail account and just use my yahoo account.&amp;nbsp; If I could just delete the app and start over I could fix it.&amp;nbsp; But it won't let me throw it in the trash.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
