&lt;P&gt;Are you using a public email provider, or a private business domain?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that the email is going to spam, or being filtered out by the email provider?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will help me to assist further!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Resetting my username</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm currently trying to reset my &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Dropbox&lt;/SPAN&gt; username, however&amp;nbsp;I'm&amp;nbsp;not receiving the verification email. I have added the &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Dropbox&lt;/SPAN&gt; email address to my Outlook contact list so that it doesn't filter it out, but it's still not working. I have even received emails from no-reply@dropbox.com for other reasons, so I know I can get emails from that address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have checked with the IT administrator for the business domain, and he said nothing has been sent via &lt;A href="mailto:no-reply@dropbox.com," target="_blank"&gt;no-reply@dropbox.com,&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;so it isn't being blocked. So, it seems like a problem with Dropbox, not with my email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When saying that you’d like to update your Dropbox username, do you mean the name of your Dropbox account, or the email address that’s linked to it?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it’s the first case, then Dropbox wouldn’t send you an email about it, and the update should be automatically reflected on your Dropbox account (as soon as you update your name &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/account/general" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
