&lt;P&gt;If it says it's already taken, it means there's another Dropbox account that already has that email address associated with it. If you have control over that email, &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/forgot" target="_blank"&gt;reset the password&lt;/A&gt; to the Dropbox account so you can sign in. You'll either need to delete that account or change its email address (to a third one) in order to free up that email address for use on your main account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can't add a new email (my main one I use) or change it - it says it's already taken. I don't have another Dropbox account. What do I do? I never check this email much and want to use my main one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
