&lt;P&gt;If you're getting a message to contact your admin, when trying to change your email address, that indicates that you're signed in to a Dropbox team account, could that be the case?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, which form are you referring to?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried changing your email from &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/account/general" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I created a basic Dropbox account years ago and use it almost daily. I am sharing some folders with two other people. I want to change my email address, but when I use the form, Dropbox displays an info image and will not make the change. The info indicates that I need to contact the administrator, but I am the one who created the account, how do I find out who the administrator is?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Hanna. That was the page I using and it didn't work. However, I used one of my other email addresses and that did work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
