&lt;P&gt;You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/sign-in-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;From there you should be able to contact support.&amp;nbsp;Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Company email changed, now I can't login to my account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a subscription under my company email address.&amp;nbsp; My company changed its name and our email addresses, and the old one doesn't forward.&amp;nbsp; I tried to log on to my account on the web to download a receipt for my renewal and it asked me for a six-digit code that was sent to my email address.&amp;nbsp; So I never received the code, can't get into the account, and have tried for an hour to find a way to contact Dropbox support.&amp;nbsp; Every option requires me to log into my account.&amp;nbsp; WHICH I CAN'T DO SINCE I CAN'T RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
