    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have two drop box accounts: one personal, one for work.&amp;nbsp; My work email address has changed (and can no longer be accessed) so I can't receive the code drop box is sending for the 2 step verification.&amp;nbsp; How can I gain access to this account?&amp;nbsp; The support documentation says I should click on "having trouble getting a code?" to use my cell phone to access the verification code but there is no such link on which to click.&amp;nbsp; There is only "resend code".&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Thank you in advance for any assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are only 2 ways to do this - get access to the email OR use the recovery codes you were given when setting up the account. Without the codes you cannot get access back I'm afraid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
