      <title>Not receiving Security Codes via email</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not receiving security codes or password reset requests from Dropbox and am therefore unable to login. I can login online however and when trying to disable two-factor authentication there it says that I do not have it set-up. Two questions:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Why am i not receiving these emails?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. why do i even need them if I do not have two factor authentication set-up?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, how the hell can i speak to a real person, or at least contact a real person at Dropbox to assist?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
