      <title>I can’t access on my other account</title>

      <description>Hi, i’ve two dropbox basic accounts, in this one i can access easily with 2FA with the code in my phone number. The problem is on the old account that have 2FA only with email (without phone). When i insert the email address and password the system say that the code will sent to my email address account, but in my inbox email i don’t receive nothing, also if i try to search in the spam, nothing! I’ ve tried many times but without success, please help me.</description>

      <description>No, i don’t have the emergency codes cause the account was created many years ago.&lt;BR /&gt;Also if i try to request a change password i don’t receive the email from no-reply@dropbox.com why???</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/sign-in-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;From there you should be able to contact support.&amp;nbsp;Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
