&lt;P&gt;You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing &lt;A href="https://www.dropbox.com/support/sign-in-issues" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter the same email you use to login to Dropbox.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Dropbox Password Reset Email not Receiving</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Dropbox Team,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I need your urgent support to retrieve my business dropbox. After the 23rd September new upgrades to your system folders , I had a issue that none of new PDF documents saved could not open. Then I re-installed the dropbox app. But when I try to sign in again , the usual password didn’t work and when I try to reset the password this message pops in saying "too many incorrect attempts, please try again in few minutes". AND THIS FEW&lt;U&gt; MINIUTES&lt;/U&gt; NEVER HAPPENS, EVEN AFTER HOURS &amp;amp; HOURS.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We trust a lot on Dropbox, but you should understand on a business organization you cannot take this long hours to get the resetting access. I see in your customer feedback they have faced the same concern. Can you help me to get my workplace dropbox as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
