      <title>Duplicate accounts for the same e-mail, what to do?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I seem to have an issue with my account. On my Windows 10 PC, I am logged in with an e-mail address connected to my Microsoft account on the PC itself. On this account, I am a paid subscriber and I have access to my files from within the Explorer/Files application in Windows.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I log in on my phone or another PC, I am greeted with options to pay for a subscription and I don't have access to the same files. I am logged in with the same e-mail. It would seem as if my e-mail has two accounts with the same username.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What I tried to do then was to change the Microsoft account's primary E-mail, but the issue persisted. Now it seems that this e-mail as well has two accounts with the same username.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So to summarize, I am a paying subscriber with an amount of storage. When I login with the same e-mail from any other device than my main PC, I am not able to reach my storage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What is a bit aggravating is that I can't contact Dropbox because on the account itself I am not a paid subscriber and thus it isn't available to me to ask for help. So I have to reach out here on a forum. This is incredibly bad service from the Dropbox team and I would like to be contacted regarding this. I do however have understanding that I have some unfortunate bug that also prevents me from using my services correctly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Odd that you're seeing the same email address on both the accounts, since that's not possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you checked for any minor typos in the email address you're seeing on the desktop app, versus what you see on the mobile app?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, do you see the same files in both of these accounts?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
