    <description>They provided the link abd the password. According to them, no other subscriber has had this issue that they are aware of.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I neglected to mention that I pay the website firc2 different tiers and I am unable to access either one.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I belong o a website that uses Dropbox for members to view their content. It worked perfectly for 2 months, then about 9/20, I started getting a " Can't connect to dropbox.Dropbox. Make sure you are online or try again later message.&lt;BR /&gt;I have spoken to website and confirmed I am paid up and allowed to access their Dropbox . I am using the correct password.&lt;BR /&gt;I did change cell carrier and have a nee phone, but the problem began before I switched last week.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any fixes, suggestion, help would be appreciated. Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you mean they provided you with an email and password, or was it a shared folder added to your own account?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried accessing the link from a computer to check if it works?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You mentioned you have Norton, so you might want to check its settings, to see if you can whitelist Dropbox.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
