      <title>Where is my password reset email?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I forgot my password.&amp;nbsp; I went to the "forgot password" link, and am awaiting my email that will show me how to reset.&amp;nbsp; I have tried a few times, but no email arrives.&amp;nbsp; Yes, I have checked junk and have whitelisted the correct email.&amp;nbsp; I think there is something special going on with my account - I was emailing directly with a tech rep before and I think there might be some kind of hold on my account.&amp;nbsp; How can I check this? Why can't I get the email to reset?&amp;nbsp; Most importantly, how can I email with someone specifically about my account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
