&lt;P&gt;You can try contacting support, but usually without access to the email account, there's no way to access a Dropbox account if your password has expired, you've forgotten it or you're being sent a one-time security code.&lt;/P&gt;

If you're not able to gain access to the account, Support can at least prevent any future charges.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently retired from my job and I have a Dropbox account that I paid for additional storage in.&amp;nbsp; I have lots of files in this account that I use for a non-profit that I volunteer for.&amp;nbsp; I KNOW my password for this account, but the system wants to sent a verification email to my old work account that I dont have access to.&amp;nbsp; My old employer is defunct now and there is no access to the old system.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
