    <description>&lt;P&gt;I even tried signing into a laptop that dropbox has been signed into before, and the files are still on the computer but they show an X and can't be opened, and I am still being asked for a two step password, even though that laptop is on the same network, and should be a trusted computer since I've used dropbox on it before, and submitted a code to log into my account before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't get google authenticator codes to work, and have lost my print out of my backup code that I printed back in July of 2023!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a ticket&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ticket #22933400: DB: Can't log in&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am locked out of Dropbox.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have also submitted additional information to&amp;nbsp;support@dropbox.zendesk.com &amp;lt;support@dropbox.zendesk.com&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Verifying my name, last phone number associated to account, What actual city I am in, City where I last successfully logged into dropbox from, Name of a file I last uploaded, My current location, Name of a folder, and picture of my computer's mac address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
