    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to log in to install dropbox on a new laptop, a window pops up that says "Enter Security Code" and under that it says "Your security code will be generated by your authenticator app." and under that there is a box to type in a Security Code.&amp;nbsp; I have no idea what any of this means.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you check your mobile device, and see if you’ve installed any &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/enable-two-step-verification#How-to-turn-on-two-step-verification:~:text=If%20you%20choose%20to%20receive%20your%20security%20codes%20through%20an%20authenticator,Click%20Next.,-Note%3A%20If" target="_blank"&gt;auth apps&lt;/A&gt;, like Google Authenticator/Duo Mobile/Authenticator? If yes, have you received a security code from Dropbox?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, please make sure to check your email address as well, and let me know if you can locate a security code there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well...I successfully installed dropbox to my work laptop...no problems. So I tried again on my personal laptop. So this time, when I tried to log in, I saw a notification pop up on my work laptop that contained the security code. I entered that code and clicked submit and immediately a small box popped up that I believe said "Cannot reach server. Please try again later."&amp;nbsp; I tried numerous times and am still trying and now I repeatedly get a message at the top that says "Can't sign in. Please try again later." Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Like an antivirus, VPN, firewall, etc.?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do, try temporarily disabling them, to see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
