      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hi, I'm trying to log into my account, I know the Log in and Password, but when I try to log in or recover the password, you are sending a code to my email or some connected device. The problem is that I don't even have a device connected and the code is not arriving in the email, I have already checked spam, junk mail, etc..., I have already added the email no-reply@dropbox.com to my contacts, However, the email still doesn't arrive&lt;BR /&gt;My email account is &lt;EM&gt;[personal information removed per the &lt;A href="https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Announcements/Community-Guidelines/td-p/325896" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Community's Guidelines&lt;/A&gt;]&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
