&lt;P&gt;Is it safe to assume you're having trouble with the 6-digit-security-code when trying to access your Dropbox account?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Or do you try to reset your Dropbox password?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You also mentioned that you have an open ticket with our Support, from what I understood. Had this been the case, would you mind sending me the ticket number reference, in order for me to have a look?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have changed email address during illness. Result I can’t access my drop box hope support will sort it but meantime it seems to me that on setup of a new account an alternative access to log in from email with password should be three personal security questions. Save much stres and bother&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
