      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I file a support ticket to access the account of a dead relative? The support page &lt;A href="https://help.dropbox.com/account-settings/access-account-of-someone-who-passed-away" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;says to "create a support ticket" and provides a link to a web page with help information. Notably, it doesn't contain an option to file a support ticket. The chatbox tells me that additional support options may be available with a different plan, but I don't want a plan. I don't want to be a customer. I want to access the account of someone else who is/was a user.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
