&lt;P&gt;These are the normal questions that are requested by Dropbox support in order to verify an account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just for clarification, was the email sent from a Zendesk domain? What is your ticket ID so that I can locate it on the system?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have had an issue with an account being compromised and have contacted dropbox support. They have a comeback via email with a list of questions which look suspicious to me and wanted to check with the community if this is normal. Below is the screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi thanks for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having been victim of an attack, asking for specific information like, payment details (not sure why you would want first 6 and then request the last 4 accompanied by a billing post code), IP addresses and details of contacts seem suspect. Not sure what the community thinks?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway the ticket is&amp;nbsp;#23410699&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
